AI use
- Requests are sent through OpenRouter only to providers that support zero data retention (ZDR).
- Providers are not allowed to collect the data to train their models (data_collection: deny).
- An AI result is an unchecked suggestion and may be wrong; approval, publication and permission changes happen only by human decision.
Profile analysis Enabled
Data sent: The profile's public (published) fields; private contact details and correspondence are not sent.
How the result is used: Strengths, gaps and next steps are shown to the profile owner as suggestions; the profile is not changed automatically.
Tender data extraction Enabled
Data sent: The text of a tender notice collected from a public source.
How the result is used: Field suggestions go to administrator review; no tender is published without administrator approval.
Meaning-based search Enabled
Data sent: Public profile and product texts, and the text of the search query.
How the result is used: Texts are converted into numeric vectors to find results by closeness of meaning; the query text is not shown to profiles.
Meaning-based saved search alerts Enabled
Data sent: The text of your saved search; its vector is stored encrypted and is not sent again unless the query changes.
How the result is used: You are notified when new public results are found; earlier results do not count as new.
Image search Enabled
Data sent: The image you upload (metadata removed, downscaled); the image is not stored on the server.
How the result is used: The furniture's type, style, material and colour are described and used as the search query; you can edit or clear it.
Market intelligence commentary Enabled
Data sent: Totals computed from anonymous search counters and public profile, product and tender data; no personal data is sent.
How the result is used: The text of the market summary is written; the figures come from platform data, not from AI.
Growth plan commentary Enabled
Data sent: The profile's public fields, scores and the growth steps selected by rules.
How the result is used: The explanation of the steps is written; the steps themselves and their order are set by rules.
