Terms of Use

1. Service

MİİİM Global is a B2B platform that connects companies, professionals and buyers in the furniture and interior sector: profiles, product catalogue, search, tenders, events, business opportunities, messaging and analytics. Some features are available only in certain packages.

2. Account

• You must be over 18 years of age to register.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• If you create a profile on behalf of a company, you must be authorised to act on behalf of the company.
• You are responsible for protecting your password. We recommend enabling two-step sign-in.
• If you believe your account has been used without authorisation, write to info@miiimglobal.com immediately.

3. Profiles and verification

Profiles may be reviewed before they are published. Verification levels show the result of the checks carried out by the platform; they are not a guarantee of the quality of the company’s work. If false or misleading information is discovered, the profile may be suspended or deleted.

4. Content

• The content you post (texts, images, catalogue, files) remains yours. By publishing it, you grant the platform a free, non-exclusive permission to display this content on the platform and on its public pages.
• The following are prohibited: unlawful, false or misleading content; content that infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of others; malicious files; spam and unauthorised advertising; collecting other users’ data; interfering with the operation of the platform (including automated mass requests).
• Content that breaks the rules may be hidden or deleted without warning.

5. Tenders

• External tenders are collected from public official sources and reviewed by an administrator before publication. Nevertheless, check all information, including the application deadline and the conditions, at the original source. Applications for these tenders are made on the original portal; MİİİM Global does not apply on your behalf.
• For internal tenders created on the platform, applications are made on the platform. The company that created the tender is responsible for the tender conditions and the selection of the winner.

6. Relationships between members

MİİİM Global is a platform that connects members and is not a party to the deals concluded between them. The parties to a deal are responsible for the quality, delivery and payment of products and services.

7. Artificial intelligence

Some features use artificial intelligence: profile analysis, extraction of tender data, search by meaning and search by image, and market commentary. The results are advisory and may be wrong; check them before making a decision. Artificial intelligence never changes your profile or publishes content automatically. More details: the “How artificial intelligence is used” page.

8. Packages and payment

• Packages, their features, limits and prices are shown on the “Pricing” page.
• Payment is accepted in Azerbaijani manat through the Epoint payment system. A receipt is issued for every payment.
• A package does not renew automatically; you may extend the same package before the period ends.
• Switching to another package is not possible until the paid period ends.
• Send requests concerning refunds to info@miiimglobal.com. Users who are natural persons retain the rights established by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

9. Suspension and closure of the account

• If these terms are breached, the account or profile may be temporarily suspended or closed.
• You can request deletion of your account from “Account → Security”. When the request is approved, the account is closed and personal data is deleted 30 days later. A closed account cannot be restored.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it working without interruptions and errors, but technical interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, MİİİM Global is not liable for content posted by members, for information obtained from third-party sources or for damage arising from deals between members.

11. Changes

When the terms change, the new version is published on this page and its date is updated. We inform members of significant changes through the platform at least 14 days in advance; if you do not agree with a change, you may request that your account be closed. For changes that affect your rights and obligations, we obtain your new acceptance.

12. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in court in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The terms are published in four languages; in case of any discrepancy between the texts, the Azerbaijani text prevails.
